Vegetarian Protein Salad

A salad is the best and easiest healthy and tasty go-to snack anyone can make. We are not chefs but here is a great(probably the greatest) recipe of a protein salad you’d love! ENJOY!!!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup sprouted green gram
- ¼ cup peanuts(for best results, soak it overnight)
- Finely chopped green chilli ( add according to your spice craving)
- ¾ cup chopped cucumber ( peeled and de-seeded)
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsps chopped onions
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp salad oil/olive oil
- Salt according to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup fresh paneer cubes
- 5-6 grated tender spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp yellow and red capsicum each ( can use green too)
PROCEDURE
- Pour the green gram, cucumber, tomato, onions, capsicum and paneer cubes into a plate or a bowl.
- Mix it well and now add the peanuts, chilli, coriander and the spinach leaves and mix again.
- Add the oil and the lemon juice. Wait for 5 minutes or so and then sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
- Mix again. Your healthy vegetarian protein salad is ready!!
