Chocolate Banana Bread

       Ingredients:
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Ghee (Clarified butter) / Butter
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup + 3tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
      Recipe

  1. If you are using a kadhai, then add half a cup salt to the pan. Preheat on medium flame for 10 mins 

  2. Mash one overripe banana in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl take the milk and add the mashed banana. Add 1/4 cup butter or ghee and mix well 
  4. Sieve the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Add it to the wet ingredients 
  5. Add the lemon juice and mix with a whisk 
  6. Grease a loaf tin and put the batter in it 
  7. Put it in the preheated kadhai and bake for 10 minutes on medium flame 
  8. Then bake for 20 minutes on low flame 
  9. To bake it in the oven, preheat for 175 degrees for 30 mins
  10. Your bread is ready!
