Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 overripe banana
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Ghee (Clarified butter) / Butter
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup + 3tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Recipe
If you are using a kadhai, then add half a cup salt to the pan. Preheat on medium flame for 10 mins
- Mash one overripe banana in a bowl.
- In another bowl take the milk and add the mashed banana. Add 1/4 cup butter or ghee and mix well
- Sieve the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Add it to the wet ingredients
- Add the lemon juice and mix with a whisk
- Grease a loaf tin and put the batter in it
- Put it in the preheated kadhai and bake for 10 minutes on medium flame
- Then bake for 20 minutes on low flame
- To bake it in the oven, preheat for 175 degrees for 30 mins
- Your bread is ready!
